Yoga is so much more than just exercise or even conscious movement. It's a practice, a lifestyle, a philosophy. The tradition of Yoga is a Spiritual Journey to rediscover your True Self and practice Mindfulness in the moment. It's a powerful tool to help you improve every aspect of your life and involves more than just the poses (asana). Please join me on your mat for all of the aspects of true Yoga, including Pranayama (breathing excercises), Mantra (chanting), Mudra (sacred gestures), and guided Meditation to practice Soul Alchemy and reconnect to the divinity within.
